Note: When you install, reinstall, or update ACDSee, you will be asked whether you want to remove your license information. To remove your license information, click No.
Note: If you update ACDSee, the update file replaces the original file. If you reinstall ACDSee, the new version replaces the old file. You can run a system restore, but ACDSee uses its own settings when you first run it, so you may have to go through a few changes to get it back to your preferences. See Getting Help for the directions.
This feature works on Windows 8/8.1/10, 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
ACDSee 11 and later versions use the Windows Registry to store their settings, and the Windows Registry is not supported in Windows 8 and newer versions.
If you don't have a web browser, try the following steps:
Open Settings.
Tap on Update & Security.
Tap on For Developers.
Tap on "Find More Apps".
Tap on "Use this link".
Type the web address into your web browser, then tap Open.
